The laser cleaning &tattooing instrument works as follows: irradiate the laser light on the skin and its instant high energy released will be absorbed by the exposed pigment granules; then these pigment granules will expand and ruptures, some of them pop out of the body as tiny particles, while the others are discharged along with the human lymphatic system.
